Mr. Frank, the developer of 1966 Thorndyke Ave. West has kindly provided the following building plans, site plans, landscaping plans, etc. for hisrevised development of 3 Townhouses on the property, within the requirements of L3 zoning. Mr. Frank has given his permission for these to be available via this website and asks that those in the neighborhood who are interested download and review his plans. He is open to discussing these plans and listening to any suggestions the community may have.
